Stephanie joined ArcelorMittal as the Executive Vice President and global head of human resources in September 2022, taking over from Bart Wille. With nearly 25 years of HR experience at Nokia, Stephanie brings a wealth of expertise to her new role. Throughout her career, she has held various HR leadership positions in multiple countries, including Germany, Finland, China, Switzerland, the Philippines, USA, and Romania. In January 2020, she assumed the role of chief people officer at Nokia, where she was responsible for all people-related matters, fostering a supportive work environment and promoting diversity, inclusivity, and technological leadership. Stephanie, a German native, holds a diploma in applied business languages (Chinese) and international business studies from the University of Applied Sciences of Bremen, Germany.
