Sofia Verissino is the Vice President & Human Resources Lead for ATC Europe. She is responsible for ATC Europe’s HR strategy, talent and leadership development, organizational change and employee relations. With more than 20 years’ experience, Sofia has held a number of senior strategic roles in international companies within the heavy machinery (or heavy equipment) & food industry. Sofia holds a Degree in Social and Organization Psychology and a Master in People Management.
