Petra Pointinger is a highly accomplished HR leader with over 20 years of experience in the field. She has a proven track record of success in developing and implementing HR strategies that align with business objectives and drive organizational growth. Petra currently serves as the Head of Group Human Resources & Internal Communication at MM Group, where she oversees HR operations for the company’s 15,000 employees across 33 countries. In addition, she serves as Managing Director of one of MM Group’s holding companies. Prior to joining MM Group in 2020, Petra held various HR leadership roles at Raiffeisen Bank International and expert roles in other international organizations.
