About

Markus spent 20 years in healthcare and consumer goods at Novartis, Merck, Boehringer and PepsiCo. He holds an MBA from IE, an Executive Master from INSEAD and completed Wharton’s CHRO program.  He lived, studied, and worked in Germany, France, Singapore, Spain, Switzerland, and the U.S.A and currently is a VP at Novartis,  a purpose-driven focused healthcare company with $50 billion sales and 100,000 employees.
