Jon Grimes is the Group Head of Employee Experience at DNV, a worldwide independent expert in assurance and risk management. He spearheads DNV’s Employee Journey, encompassing Employer Branding and Recruitment, along with the day to day moments that matter for over 15,000 colleagues across more than 100 countries. With a 30-year tenure in HR, Jon’s expertise in learning and talent development was honed at Sainsbury’s and E.ON, where he cultivated his facilitation skills and the ability to unite a variety of opinions into progress.

His past 15 years at DNV have been dedicated to helping the business to build its employee experience, from articulating “its promise” to ensuring that it delivers on “the reality”, through its processes, policies, and daily behaviours. Known for his enthusiasm, thoughtfulness, and challenging ideas, Jon approaches his role and life with humour and a smile.
