Jens Hovgaard Jensen joined Girteka in November 2021 coming from the Maersk Group of companies where he has held various HR roles in the last 14 years, latest as CHRO for Maersk Supply Service. He brings an extensive global and multicultural experience from his previous roles running global organizational re-designs in Maersk Line, successfully leading large projects in all aspects of HR/People, including M&A, Incentives, Performance, HRIS system selection, and implementation, Leadership, Learning, etc.
Jens H. Jensen holds an MBA from IMD, Switzerland, a graduate diploma from Copenhagen Business School, and an officers’ education from the Royal Danish Military Academy.
