Iris Prüfer is an international HR executive. She combines deep operational experience with a strategic outlook on modern HR concepts like employee experience, talent development, diversity and business transformation. She studied economics and started her HR career in the service industry before living her passion for the fast-paced retail environment where she has spent the last 17 years.
Currently, Iris is working as CHRO for MediaMarktSaturn, an international retail company with 50.000 employees across 11 European countries. She is responsible for strategic as well as operational HR and plays a major role in the international transformation of MediaMarktSaturn into a leading omni-channel platform, strongly advocating the people and culture perspective in a challenging business context.
