ELISABETH STENE

Elisabeth Stene, born in 1965, is head of People & Organization in Telenor Norway. People & Organization is responsible for the further development of our employees, our culture and organization, making sure that Telenor is well positioned to meet future needs. Since joining Telenor in 1996, she has held a number of senior management positions within HR in Telenor Norway, Nordic and Group. She has also served as CHRO for Telenor in India and Digi in Malaysia. Prior to joining Telenor she has held senior positions at the independent social science research foundation, FAFO and at NHO, the Confederation of Norwegian Enterprise. She has also served as HR-Director at the consulting firm Multiconsult ASA.

Elisabeth holds a Bachelor in Business Management from the University of Salford and an MSc in European Studies from the London School of Economic and Political Science.
