I have been fortunate enough to build a people capital career of across multiple industries, companies and countries in the last 22 years. After starting my career in HR & business consultancy, I had excelled on HR business partnership and Center of Excellence roles leading cultural transformation journeys, organizational restructuring and talent management projects in mobile telecommunications and high tech.
I had stepped into life sciences industry with a management committee role as Head of HR in Baxter. My role evolved into leading People pillar during spin off, merger, acquisition and divestitures from Baxter, Baxalta, Shire and Takeda in various geographies in emerging markets from CIS; Africa; India and Middle East & Africa and Emerging Markets. I had the privilege of partnering closely with various business & functional teams as well as employee resource groups for talent development; succession management and capability building in VUCA world – growing and learning together with the teams I lead and get involved as an impactful team member. As I was leading the organizational growth agenda; we as a family with my daughter; husband and our cat had also experienced growth via settling in multiple geographies like Singapore & Zurich and building connections in different cultures.
Transformation, growth and passion for talent have been my motto in each of my organizational journey. I aspire to prioritize talent; personal and organizational growth in each and every leader’s agenda with a robust plan.
I have graduated from Istanbul Technical University, Industrial Engineering and have an Executive MBA degree as well.
