To qualify, you must meet ALL the following criteria:
- Located in Western Europe (only CHROs from DACH, Benelux, Scandinavia, UKI, France, Italy or Spain are considered).
- Be a CHRO level HR leader (if you are not CHRO, please don’t apply)
- Represent an organization with a workforce exceeding 2,500 employees.
- Be employed in the private sector.
